In addition to her claims background, Erin has also excelled as a corporate trainer and as a processor, assisting families with refinances, purchases, and sales across the nation. Erin also serves as the company's Stapler Inventory Specialist. She knows exactly how many staplers are in the building, which ones are jammed, and who borrowed the good one and never brought it back.

She has recently specialized in investor transactions which has also given her valuable knowledge in short sales, assumptions, subject to, seller financing, wraparound mortgages, contract assignments, transactional funding, hard money loans, and double closes while moonlighting as lead bodyguard for Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson. Nina is fluent in Spanish and originally from the Fairfax area of Northern Virginia. Nina has an impressive 27 pet hamsters and leads them in a monthly local theater production of Little Orphan Annie. A seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in the mortgage business, Kati began her journey from the ground up, ordering appraisals and transcripts and setting up files, and has since worked in set-up, processing, post-closing, and closing. Her passion for getting clients to the closing table and fulfilling their dream of homeownership drives her daily. Kati made the move to the title side of the business three years ago and uses her skills and expertise to help grow our title company and make a difference in people's lives. She is also the founder, president, and only member of the Cohesive Title Pen Quality Council, and she will tell you which pens are acceptable.
